Writing a Medical report on Pancreatitis?

I have to write a medical report on the symptoms and findings of a patient with pancreatitis.And In mot sure how to use some words that i have to use.The following words are Azathioprine,Furosemide,Pseudocyst,pancreas divisium,endoscopy.I can pretty much figure out the rest of the words what that do but these Im not sure.If anyone can help me please do so.
