Over 10 million Americans suffer from allergies to pollen alone, which equals out to approximately one in every five people. Allergy suffers have a disorder in their immune system, this is what makes the symptoms. But any expert in the allergy field will say that the best way to treat the allergy is to stay away form it. Inside of your home you should look into using an air cleaner that has a HEPA filter, unlike reactions. Filters that are HEPA eliminate just about all dust, and pollen out of the air. If you happen to be allergic to smoke, look into an activated carbon filter, they work awesome.
